School Development Plan 2018-19

School Development Plan 2018-19

Each year the school’s senior leadership team creates a Development Plan which outlines in detail the strategies for bringing about sustained improvement in specific areas of our organisation.
Although (for reasons of data protection) the complete Development Plan document is shared only with staff and governors, some of the important elements for 2018-19 include: –
Continuing to improve the academic progress of our ‘disadvantaged’ pupils;

  • The introduction of a revised policy to support excellent behaviour during lessons;
  • Strategies to support the wellbeing of students and staff;
  • Consolidating the exam successes of 2018 and ensuring a similar whole-school performance in 2019;
  • Maintaining our high quality programme of Continuous Professional Development for all staff
