The Wellbeing Team

The Wellbeing Team at Priestnall School is made up of staff and students. Below is a list of key members of staff and their role within The Wellbeing Team.

Miss Condron – School Wellbeing Lead

Miss Condron is the strategic lead for wellbeing across the school. She is also an English teacher and leads the Student Wellbeing Ambassadors.

Mr Jones – Deputy Head teacher and Safeguarding Lead

Mr Jones is a Deputy Head Teacher and Priestnall School’s Safeguarding Lead. Mr Jones also line manages The Wellbeing Room.

Mrs Windsor – Assistant Head teacher and Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Mrs Windsor is an Assistant Head Teacher and the Deputy Safeguarding Lead. She also takes a lead on Staff Wellbeing and manages the Staff Wellbeing action group.

Miss Marsden – Wellbeing Room Manager

Miss Marsden is the Manager of The Wellbeing Room. She is based in The Wellbeing Room and manages the room on a day to day basis. Her role includes offering 1:1 support to students, group work, signposting and running interventions with students accessing the Wellbeing Room.

Mrs Langton – Child Centred Psychotherapist & Autism Lead

Mrs Langton offers 1-1 bespoke counselling and/or therapeutic intervention to meet a diverse range of need across the whole of our school community. She also specialises in spotting the early warning signs of unidentified need on the autistic spectrum, offering support to the student, staff and parents.

College Managers

If a student has a wellbeing or mental health related concern they are encouraged to share their concern with their Learning Coordinator in the first instance and then their College Manager. Of course, staff members may have concerns about a students’ mental health and wellbeing and in this instance, they are directed to share this concern with the student’s College Manager. The College Managers are listed below.

Urbis College Manager – Miss Bradbury

Imperial College Managers – Miss Hulley and Miss Wells

Bridgewater College Managers – Mrs Brooke
